Surbhi is an entrepreneur and the founder of QiLumé, a beauty, aesthetics, and wellness brand built on the principles of thoughtful care, professional expertise, and a strong client experience.

With a background in content creation and English Literature, her journey has always been shaped by creativity, communication, and a deep understanding of people. These experiences eventually evolved into entrepreneurship, where she channelled her ability to build meaningful connections into creating a brand that brings beauty and aesthetic services together in a professional and welcoming environment.

QiLumé is supported by a panel of qualified doctors and operated by a multidisciplinary team of trained professionals. This structure allows the brand to prioritise safe, responsible, and personalised treatments while maintaining high standards across client care and daily operations.

Her journey as a founder has involved continuously learning, understanding the industry, building teams, strengthening systems, managing finances, and earning the trust of clients. She believes leadership is not about knowing everything from the beginning, but about bringing the right professionals together, asking the right questions, and building an organisation rooted in expertise, ethics, and accountability.
